You can cancel your purchase within fourteen days. We cannot offer you any refund or exchange after.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To proceed your return you will need to send us an email at email@example.com.
To complete your return, we require that the following information is sent with the returned product: your return form, a copy of receipt or proof of purchase along with your contact details: full name, e-mail, phone number.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for exchange, once we have approved the exchange your item should be sent to: Minu Baby, Švédská 15, Praha 5, 150 00.
To return goods, please use the following address: Minu Baby, Švédska 15, Prague 5, 15000, Czech Republic. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your returned item is not received by us we will not issue refund or other compensation.
