Material and Production
Our baby wraps are specially knitted from certified TENCEL™ modal fibers in the Czech Republic. This bio-based material comes from sustainably harvested beech trees and is ecologically friendly. It is four times more breathable than cotton, soft as silk, and incredibly strong. Modal is super soft and it holds dye easily, so the colours will stay vibrant even after many washes.
ECO - Label
TENCEL™ Modal is made from pure beech cellulose, so it is 100 % natural. The cellulose produced by the Austrian company Lenzing comes from domestic forests where local beech trees are harvested. The process of fiber and cellulose production is controlled according to the principle of renewable resources. Therefore, the chemicals and by-products produced during the production process are used again.
The Lenzing company acquired the European ECO-Label for its Modal products, which means that no toxic additives or chlorine are used, and the wood products are harvested from local permanently restored forest stands.
Czech Production
We manufacture all our products in the Czech Republic and we cooperate with other Czech suppliers. We emphasize on quality and minimize the negative impacts of business on society and nature.
Minu babywraps are certified according TNI CEN/ TR 16512, Regulation for the safety of children's slings.
